Data Deletion Instructions

Your privacy matters. Here's how to manage and delete your data from Nowt On.

Overview

When you request data deletion from Nowt On, we will remove all personal information and integration data associated with your account. This includes social media connection tokens, event data synced from external platforms, and communication preferences.

Facebook & Instagram Integrations

To disconnect your Facebook or Instagram account and delete all associated data:

    Log in to your Nowt On account

    Visit your account settings

  2. 2

    Navigate to the Integrations tab

    Click on "Integrations" in your account settings

  3. 3

    Click "Disconnect" on Facebook or Instagram

    This will immediately remove all access tokens and synced data

Note: Disconnecting will remove all OAuth tokens, page access permissions, and event data synced from your Facebook/Instagram accounts. This action is immediate and cannot be undone.

WhatsApp Communications

To opt out of WhatsApp notifications and delete your mobile number:

Method 1: Through Your Account Settings

  1. •Go to your account settings
  2. •Under "Communication Preferences", uncheck the WhatsApp opt-in box
  3. •Click "Save Changes"

Method 2: Reply via WhatsApp

  1. •Reply with "STOP" or "OPT OUT" to any WhatsApp message from Nowt On
  2. •You will be immediately unsubscribed from all WhatsApp notifications

Complete Account Deletion

To permanently delete your entire Nowt On account and all associated data:

Please contact us at privacy@nowton.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include:

  • •Your registered email address
  • •Your account username (if applicable)
  • •Confirmation that you want to permanently delete all data

We will process your request within 7 business days and send you a confirmation email once complete.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

✓Facebook/Instagram OAuth tokens: All access tokens and page permissions
✓Synced event data: Events imported from Facebook, Instagram, or websites
✓WhatsApp data: Mobile number and communication preferences
✓Profile information: Name, email, and account details
✓Business data: Company name, team invitations, and settings

Complete account deletion requests via email
