Shit Runners Club: Trail Tuesday - Cunswick Scar

#Trailtuesday this week with Shit Runners Club Kendal will be one group with a shorter route (~5km). The run involves a steady, gentle ascent to the top of Cunswick Scar via the bypass footbridge and a descent following the same route back. Slow steady pace. Main group meets at County Hall at 6:00 PM. For anyone wishing to join the shorter route, Les will meet you at the top of Fairfield Lane at its junction with Windermere Road at approx 6:15 PM.
