A Strength & Conditioning Taster Session designed specifically for ordinary runners. Whether you’re chasing a parkrun PB, building confidence to tackle your first 5k, or simply looking to stay injury-free, this session will help you move better, run stronger and feel more confident. Suitable for all abilities with no experience required. \n\nIn this session we'll explore: \n- Foot drills for mobility, strength & stability \n- Whole body tension & bracing the core \n- Functional movement & bodyweight strength \n- Deadlifting heavy weights safely & confidently \n- Kettlebell skills: hike, swing, around the world, halo, squat \n- The importance of breath for lifting, prep & recovery.\n\nNo egos.
