Sunrise Solstice: Sound & Sauna

This Summer Solstice, we’re gathering in the heart of the Lake District for a truly special sunrise experience at The Cockpit Stone Circle above Ullswater. Together, we’ll welcome the longest day of the year with gentle breathwork, grounding rituals, optional sun salutations and a deeply restorative sunrise soundbath surrounded by nature and stillness. Afterwards, there’ll be space to slow down with herbal tea, connection and optional sauna sessions + lake dips with @fahrenhutsauna. Sauna spaces are limited, so booking is essential.
