Weekend Monthly Trail Route to Staveley

Organized by SHIT RUNNERS CLUB Kendal. A monthly weekend trail run of approximately 9k. The route goes along the river to Burneside, picks up the Dales Way, passes Cowan Head and follows a trail through the woods to the Mill Yard in Staveley. Suitable for those who’d like to go further on varied terrain at a slow, steady pace. Includes coffee and cake in Staveley and return by bus. "RUN FURTHER. EAT CAKE. TAKE THE BUS."
