The Bakery at No.4, Kendal
A combination of Yoga + Myofascial Release. 9-10am at The Bakery at No.4 in Kendal £14 per session Think monthly maintenance, a massage without the cost, time to reset, move in a different way, create more easy, reduce tension, expand your capacity by reducing the holiding, a gift of uninterrupted time. The perfect antidote to life, so you can be at your best. This 60 minute class combining the two modalities of yoga and myofascial release are complementary practices to creating space in the body, targeting the connective tissues that wrap like a web throughout the body, specifically focusing on the fascia of the muscles to release tension, increase movement / mobility and restore balance. An essential practice not to be missed - it's so good. Especially if you sit at a desk all day or have a really active lifestyle. It's been a game changer for me. This session will leave you feeling limber, nourished and rejuvenated.
